Returns

You may send back your purchase for any reason within 7 days at your cost. A full refund will be given.

If you find your dress is in any way faulty, we will replace it without question. Send it back within 7 days (by post at your cost) stating the fault and we will send you another.

We can only accept returned dresses that have not been worn, are not damaged and are free of any smoke, perfume or body odours etc.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept dresses with a thong or panty.
The dress must not be creased up and be in its original packaging in a saleable condition.
We are unable to refund any item returned in an unacceptable condition.

Before retuning the dress please send an email stating your name and our order number on the packet then return the dress to:
